Unusual smpte problem

Hi Has anyone had this problem .
I'm using smpte coming into Resolume over dante from ableton .
Everything set to 25fps.

When I run the ableton project from the start the smpte runs fine .
But if I stop the track and then try to restart my smpte in resolume is about 30 seconds ahead.
The only way I can continue is to start from the beginning again .
What could be causing this ?
