I can't open Avenue /Avenue quit unexpectedly.

Hello,
I have just installed Resolume Avenue but I can't open it, once installed this message pop out.
Avenue quit unexpectedly.
I run a Mac I7 16 Gb ram, my tutor suggested me to rename the folder but still dont work.

Any Idea?
