Registration not working

Hello,

I have a computer which is not updating registration correctly.

Clicked unregister on Resolume. Nothing appears to have happened on the app.
On the account portal, the license is freed up.

Uninstall and reinstall did not work.

Next steps?

Sounds like the registration file permissions have changed somehow, preventing Resolume from updating it.
The latest installers should fix the permissions.
Did you use 7.4.1 to reinstall?

Yes, uninstalled, rebooted, logged in as an admin, installed 7.4.1, same result.

Windows 10 20H2.

I got it fixed.

Deleted the registration file in the ProgramData folder.

All happy now.

Well, that's also a way, but it would probably prevent registering on the machine again.
