i wanted to do the same, but thought the solution was not in resolume. and certainly not in one pc.... i saw somewhere a piece of software to frame sync videos through ethernet. you need to have 3 computers and you click play on one, and the others follow. you prepare your video before hand and voila.

I think a problem with resolume, if it gets to work with the 3 outputs will be mainly the syncronization between videos.

Maybe it´s time for a new feature in resolume or for an additional PRO-version?
To display "panoramic media" is one of the most wanted features I would like.
Maybe also the possibility to sync 3 or 4 computers is an (expensive) solution.

It would be great if resolume would offer the possibility to use different setups like 4x4:3 & 1x16:9 or 2x4:3 & 1x8:6 for each layer. I know a monster-pc wioth raid is necessary - maybe a dual g5 is the right one?
