LED Mapping - Watchout or not?

So, similar situation (regarding the projection) projecting on three screens through a triple head, was thinking of just going out with one 5/1 ratio, but the middle screen needs to be cut in half. Wanted to just map it out with madmapper, Is this possible? Many thanks!
