for a quick way to set this up I would name the clips in layer 1 "loopClipName @CA2@" where @CA2@ tells Controller to do the automation for clips in layer 2.
then place my clips in layer 2.
save composition, load in Controller, launch first named column either in Resolume or in Controller.
Then if you want to go back to the column 1 on the end of the sequence, place a "@Jc1@" after the last clip column into layer 1 clip name.
You'd have a repeating clip sequence this way.
You could enable 'Automation follows cursor' in Controller preferences, then the trigger will follow the cursor in Controller, and you might not need to switch between apps.
to set a minimal transition time you can place a @T0.01@ in the first clip name that would mean 10ms
edit: and don't forget to enable 'Clip Autom. on clip loop' in Controller program preferences

Re: Queueing next clip at end of loop
Hi Ravensc.
I am trying out our OSC Controller, but don't really understand how to make this work. i have it communicating with Resolume, but I don't know how to go from here.
Would you be up for a quick chat over the phone? I can call you if you PM me your number.
Thanks,
Charles

Well, I'm in Hungary, teamviewer session would be more useful anyways if you get stuck with this:
here is a quick composition file for you: you can duplicate the columns, then after modifications save in Resolume, and reload in Controller.

Re: Queueing next clip at end of loop
I just found out that the auto pilot switch in Resolume Arena version 4.1.2 does work! I don't have all the versions at hand, but is there a way of finding out which most stable version of Resolume Arena 4.x.x doesn't have the bug? Assuming my licence will work on all version 4 installations.
Is that something you can help me with Joris?

Thanks Ravensc! I will give that a go on Monday when I'm back in the office.ravensc wrote:Well, I'm in Hungary, teamviewer session would be more useful anyways if you get stuck with this:
