Sorry, This is long gone. TBH mapping something out in Resolume takes a whole 5 min. So it would be easier to just create your own MA profile (without all the stuff you wouldn't need) and then just do a quick click and map in Resolume. I can build you out a custom MA profile if you need it, but it would probably be a lot easier and cheap top do it yourself if you know how to make MA profiles
