Have you checked the OS privacy settings, that Resolume is allowed to access microphone and inputs?

I am having this issue. I am running resolume 5 on a new Mac book pro. I have connected a hub on usb c which has a mini jack input and have been testing SMPTE by playing SMPTE on my iPhone. In microphone settings on the Mac I can select the input and see the signal coming in. In resolume In preferences -audio - SMPTE inputs I can select the same audio input. However when I play the SMPTE the SMPTE clock does not move. I have checked that resolume has all rights and privileges and it does. I have also tested it on a separate windows laptop all the same settings all the same converters and the clock does move. What am I missing? Please help!

Could you post a screenshot of the Resolume audio preferences, and the OSX microphone privacy settings?

If you enable a parameter's animation to External FFT, and set the FFT audio input to the same device and channel, do you see activity in the param FFT display?

How do I do that? In audio preferences I can see the device under externel audio fft input but it won’t let me select it. Photo attached

The FFT only shows me Stereo input options in R5, looks like your device is mono.
That could be the reason it doesn't show up.

Could you please send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences?

Sorted now thank you for looking into this. We ended up having to use a usb audio interface to convert the signal rather than going straight in on mini jack.

Hi I have the same problem with arena 5 version on my Mac OS. It shows that my macbook is not available on the external fft audio selection. I have make sure the setting allow the software on my computer. How could I solve the problem
