Blackmagic duo 2 - Output drop frames

I've just seen this on a monster machine with 8 cores and a Quad 2, but only when Arena was minimised. CPU usage halved.

Check your power throttling settings in Windows. I've now turned mine off so that cpu power is always 100% but haven't been able to check if it's worked (it's 200 miles away from me).

Adding 1ms delay to output via advanced window solved this issue.
