Hi VibemasterBert,
I think the title of the thread is called 'i used avenue all night and it was awesome!'.
Could you give us some more clues on when what goes wrong and maybe post in another section of the forum?
Hopefully we you can help us fix some of the problems you and others might have.

Used avenue in a live situation for the first time on saturday/sunday. On the whole it performed really well over 9hrs of continuous use.
One thing that I did notice though was as the gig went on every time I hit the "RESYNC" button one or more of the playing clips would freeze. They could be unfrozen by re-triggering them but froze again when "RESYNC" was hit. The number of clips this affected increased as the gig went on, I didn't want to re-boot as I was only using the one laptop.
One other thing was that I found the limitation of 75 clips over 3 decks a little frustrating.
I want to make sure that you realise this is not a negative post as on the whole using avenue was a really enjoyable experience.

the second beta release ( rev1110 ) doersnt have this limitation, just did a quick test and loaded 330 clips in 2 layers ( 165 in each layer )..... yes, thats quite a random amount.... it was a couple of folders worth of clips.lo-res wrote: One other thing was that I found the limitation of 75 clips over 3 decks a little frustrating.
