My DV camera has a progressive (no interlacing mode) for photos. I just leave it on this and the lines disapear.
Some cameras now have film versions of this for taking the footage into fx progs and finishing on actual film.
So if your camera has a seperate photo mode try it out as the dv out still works ok.

hey, i have an ATI 9600 all in wonder, a web cam,
and the resolume recognice both. also a DV in/out, but it dosent recognice it.....what i have to do, for make it works???/

I didnt have VFW Drivers for my terracam and WinTV! Resolume also recognize my Captures...
Check the driver! I search since 2 days...

so you can use PCTV with a camera and just plug it into the composite in?

also, how do you get your camera to stop going into sleep mode? i have a jvc grd-30u minidv

hi Tim,
i use a PcTv card and yes it goes straight in the composite in, never had trouble with it...
about that sleep mode, usually if u take the tape out of the camera it doesn't go into sleep mode.

hi there
i got a pinnacle pctv stereo and a pctv rave. the rave is an olderone and works without any troubles to feed livevideos (composite) into resolumes. the new pctv stereo has some problems with the driver (in R1.51 & R2B1), it can not initialise that driver.
has anyone else experienced the same stuff or am i the only one? does anyone know a solution?
