Thanks for following up in this. I'm glad the problem is with the AVS tools and not with DXV then

btw what about the thumbnails? any news?

dont have any news on avs, but i have them on explorer thumbanils...
im looking at h264's .movs with winExplorer thumbnails
therefore win7 is set to display .mov's in explorer... so it must be a dxv issue
