We now have this model available for testing too. So far the Beam Sync trick does not solve the issue 100% for us. We'll keep looking as well.

Is there anymore info on this? Will 10.9.3 help now that it is released? Don't want to upgrade if it makes it worse.

I have Updated to 10.9.3, fps drops are a little bit better but still unsynced...
Apple still says it's the developer's fault for incompatability with mavericks.
This problem affects other VJ software as well.

10.9.4 Beta Build 13E16 - Performance gets worse fps drops terribly.
10.10 Developer Preview - Problem has been Solved completely!!!

Now the question is:
When 10.10 will be available, would it be wise to buy an arena 4 license or wait for ver 5.0?

Res 5 is a long way away still.

Besides that, the answer always is that if you feel you need something, you should get it.

Does Resolume let you do better shows? Then get it. Do you really want to spend time using software you don't really like anymore, just to save yourself a hundred bucks and some change?
