Anyone else have an issue where all their layers will rotate by 0.71% (x, y and z rotation) when dmx connects to resolume?
I'm on 4.1.3
Also noticed that whenever I run output on the same window as control while pixel mapping (slicing) the server will crash the second time I go output -> advanced. It goes full screen (on four screens) the first time, but doesn't like going back fs if I disable the outputs and go back to advanced.

Re: Dmx layer rotation
This is most likely caused by the DMX controller outputting 1 on all channels on first startup: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=9817&p=37795&hilit ... ion#p37795

Re: Dmx layer rotation
shouldn't it be a value of 126/127 on startup though as you can rotate in both negative and positive space? I figured it was a dmx issue, maybe I can fix it by changing my fixture profile.
also, what about the other issue i'm having with crash on fullscreen using the control screen as an output?
it will crash every time going from full screen advanced output the second time

Re: Dmx layer rotation
Are you by any chance using Chamsys as your DMX source? I believe the "home" value in the Chamsys profile for Arena is off by 1 DMX value (as it starts counting from 1 instead of 0 as Joris suggests), which equates to an offset of 0.71 degrees (1/128).
Editing the fixture profile *should* solve this, otherwise you can simply park the rotation values to the corrected values in your DMX source.
Near as I have seen, this issue is version-independent, as it's caused by the incoming DMX value.

Re: Dmx layer rotation
Im using either Vista V2 or GrandMA (1/2)
it's a profile issue in the fixture where the default was set to 128 instead of 127
two minutes of editing and there's no more problem
