3 clip fade jump

Currently if you trigger a clip on layer that is in middle of cross fading 2 clips the first clip come on instantly at full and then crossfades the 3rd clip. It's very jerky and unsmooth. I would be better if the 3rd clip came in more naturally.

So what would you like to do? Continue the transition of the outgoing clips and then transition the new one over that again?

Resolume is an instrument, and much like a guitar, playing the wrong note can make a bad sound.

As it is, the auto transition is for transitioning between two clips. If you trigger a third clip during that, you've played the wrong note, and you'll see a nasty cut.

Yes when this happened the problem was between the chair and the keyboard. I had accidentally triggered the wrong clip and then without waiting for the transition to finish I triggered the correct clip. Im sure this happens to others all the time. What I'd prefer to see is that resolume some how transitions to the third clip without resolume jumping back to the first clip at full.

Sometimes the wrong clip can be useful in finding new combinations.
