How to map a jog on a Vestax MIDI controller?

Hi,

I'm trying to map 2 MIDI jogs for scratching on a vestax vci 400, and i`m having problems. Anyone did it succesfully? Any advise or tip? I've mapped other jogs without problems on my old hercules, but this one is being a bit tricky.
