Is it possible to do specifik transistion for some clips playing in a layer ? and leave the rest alone.

And the same with the auto pilot actually, so i can have a series of clips that play and then end with a loop, and then manually trigger the next one in the layer.

You can set the auto-pilot actions for individual clips by right clicking on the name handle. Auto-pilot will be available from the context menu.

Setting individual transitions is not currently possible.
