Registration problems

HI every one
yesterday is my first time to buy Arena, after successful registration, out of curiosity I want to try the offline registration, several download offline registration filefailed, the reason may be due to download tool. Offlineregistration documents not once downloaded successfully,then prompted me to register too many times. I buy Arena less than half an hour is not used.Register file I haven't once downloaded successfully。

PS:The whole process is using ONE computer。In our country, government restrictions on foreign access, many site is unusually slow, and some can not be opened.
