MIDI bottleneck and extremely low frame rate

I'm sequencing Resolume from Ableton and it's great when it works, but every now and then a MIDI bottleneck seems to happen and no MIDI comes through for a while before suddenly dumping all the held up MIDI into Resolume at once. Bearing in mind that I'm working with audio clips in Resolume, the result is not usable or reliable as it is often out of time. The MIDI that I'm sending is a mix of one CC and 3 notes so not loads. I'm running both softwares on the same machine, a macbookpro 2.5 ghz with 16GB RAM.

Also, after using Resolume for a while (about an hour), my frame rate drops to as low as 6fps, while only running the Line Scape on a single layer in Resolume... The only way to fix this is to quit Resolume and start again.

I don't think this is common behaviour, otherwise we'd been out of business real quick. Can you use the Feedback tab to contact us with your log file?
