Hello people, i am experiencing an important problem, while mapping on Arena 4.
When i move any layer, it seems to be repeated on output like the image below. Also, when the layer on bottom is stopped, or giving black to output, last frame seems to be stack and holding forever.
I am using a macbook pro with Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB, i know it's probably a card issue, but cannot think of any solution. Only with the use of masks can prevent some areas from getting dirty, but most of all how can i make output to black when needed.
Any help is more than welcome!
Problem with graphic card
Re: Problem with graphic card
indeed, most likely a card issue,
does this only happen when you use advanced output?
you could try to place a keystone effect to the composition level if you only would need one slice, and adjust is to fit your needs.maybe that works. and set the output to full screen.

Re: Problem with graphic card
Thank you for the fast reply,
Yes, this issue is only on Advanced Output, and that's what i need to use.
Making some mapping installation, that needs way more than 1 slice. Told i can solve it with the use of masks, but still output cannot be black, and that's the worse. Isn't there any other way of covering with black the output, or by each layer? Any patent or so?

Re: Problem with graphic card
you could try IR Mapio as a plugin in composition level,
however it's not free, http://visution.com/mapio
I think they have a trial version too, so you can try if it works on that card.
other than that I just can say choose another laptop, with a dedicated card.
if you choose in the output menu, fullscreen on display2 does it still hold the last frame?

Re: Problem with graphic card
Thank you Ravensc, i will try IR Mapio soon, but notice i have used Madmapper before, without any problems.
Switching output to Display 2, resets the output and starts with new frame, but same problems with lag or last frame continues.
