Can R4 not handle TLF text in Flash?

Hi

I have a simple Flash anim, based on TextZoomer that displays text in R4 as expected.

When I convert the text box from Classic to TLF text (for the advanced formatting options), Resolume no longer recognises the text box, and there is no Text input box available in the Resolume interface.

Can Resolume not work with TLF text boxes, or is there something else I need to change to get R4 to recognise it?

Any help appreciated!

Before this mail, we didn't even know of the existence of something called TLF text in Flash

At this point, Flash support is what it is. If it works, works. If it doesn't, it's not likely to do so in the future either.

That's fine.

Further to last post I thought I could use a Classic text box to receive the text from R4, and then pass it using AS3 to the TLF text box, but it turns out that the presence of a TLF text box breaks the link with R4, so looks like a non-starter.

Ah well - the search for a more advanced Resolume text engine continues
