Decklink duo 2 (no output channels)

Hi!

I'm having an issue with getting DeckLink Duo 2 card to work with Arena 5 on Windows 10 x64 Creators Update. The problem is that Arena sees the 4SDIs on the DeckLink card as input and there seem to be no way to make those SDIs to work (at least few ports) for output via Arena, since no DeckLink ports are listed for output. To confirm that the card is fine, I can output to the SDIs via Blackmagic Media Express. There were no previous versions of Arena installed on this machine (performed full OS reinstall) and the drivers for the DeckLink card were taken directly from the Blackmagic website. Does anyone have any clue?

I can't think of a reason why this shouldn't work.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
- The Duo and Quad have some very specific settings that influence what ports can be used as in and outputs: http://www.vmix.com/knowledgebase/artic ... 8-channels
- A Blackmagic device cannot be in use by two applications at the same time

Does that give you some idea where to start looking for the problem?

Make sure Blackmagic Media Express is not on when you're using your Decklink Duo 2 card with Resolume.

I did exist out from Media Express before starting Resolume. Additionally, I've tried out all the possible combinations of connector mappings in the Desktop Video Utility with no luck. I wonder if there's anything else that I need to do on Windows with regards to this card (i.e. explicitly switch the mode of the port or something)?
