Group transport controls not working

I'm currently running Resolume Arena 6.0.1 rev60561 on Windows 10 Education Fall Creator's Update (Version 1709, OS Build 16299.15).

I'm building a core showfile and noticed that the transport controls for three ("WORK", "SPECIAL", "LOGO") of my four groups were not working. The symptoms: pressing "<" will sometimes set the transport for the layers in the group to "<", sometimes it will set them to ">"... it's about 50/50 either way. Pressing ">" will set the transport for the layers to ">". Pressing "||" will not change the transport for the layers. Pressing "RANDOM" will not change the transport for the layers. The remaining group, "BUMP"," does not have any problems with its transport controls.

To note: I duplicated one of my groups, "WORK", into two other groups, "SPECIAL" and "LOGO", in this showfile.

After noticing this behavior, I decided to load up a previous revision of my showfile BEFORE I did this duplication. This particular revision of the showfile has two groups with the same positions and names as "SPECIAL" and "LOGO", but they were created as new groups and were NOT duplicated from "WORK". In this revision, the group "WORK" still has the transport control problem. The other groups do NOT have this problem.

After seeing this, I then reverted to an even earlier showfile revision. In this revision, NONE of my groups have the transport control problem. In between showfile revisions, I've made several changes, including creating MIDI shortcuts, effects, etc. I've attached the relevant showfiles to this post. "ANDREW ROMAN CORE" is the most recent version. "BACKUP 2" is one step behind. "BACKUP 1" is the earliest version. I'm curious what is wrong with this showfile, and would love to avoid backtracking if I can and fix the latest version. It can be worked around, however. Let me know if there's any other information I can provide.
