is there a way to change the speed without changing the pitch of audio and vice versa

Yes but not directly, load your clip with audio/video twice in different layers, remove the audio from one and the video from the other, and trigger using the column trigger. If you need to isolate the clip, you can always group the two layers.

What you describe is usually called Time stretch(or master tempo on pioneer gear), it's the opposite of pitch shift, where you change the pitch without changing the speed.
If you need the audio and video to be in sync, you could achieve what you need with a third party pitch shift vst plugin.
Yes, pitch shift. so you'd change the clip speed in Resolume, then correct the pitch with the effect back to original. This way you get a time stretch effect.

is it something resolume would consider for a feature build
