Customer Service Emergency

Guys,
Im pulling my hair out! I need help. I am struggling with Res 6.0.0.4. I need a phone number to a customer service representative or someone who can talk me through this. I am working on a pixel mapping and multiple output project and have run into a dead end. Everytime I go to configure Pixel Mapping via a new Lumiverse,, my composition output goes black and will not come back no matter what i check, Intensity, position, anything. I feel we spend too much money on a product like this and have such a large community of users that there isnt an actually customer service outlet. If anyone has any info that can help, please reach out immediately. THank you.
