Resolume with BlackMagic Ultrastudio Monitor

Any experienced users of BM UltraStudio Monitor out there? I'm evaluating it with Resolume. I have the latest version of BM Desktop Video Setup (10.9.12) and it sees that the device is conneted (via a Thunderbolt 3 to 2 adapter) but in Resolume/Output/Advanced/Screen 1 I don't get it (see grab).

Any advice anyone?

Try restarting your mac.
BMD devices and drivers don't tolerate hot plugging on macs very well.

Thanks Zoltan. I had tried that but will do again. Annoying about the DNS error for my email. I have just moved my name servers to a new company and maybe my mail account is in a black hole for a bit!

Really? When I last had a play with this device, I'm sure I got it to come up in Resolume. Has that been withdrawn or am I imagining things?
