If you dont find it there then hurry and drop a mail to resolume.

I bought this series through the resolume distributor in Jakarta Indonesia. so I don't have a resolume account

Then you should contact them directly to transfer the purchase to your own account.

Why wouldn't you buy it directly from Resolume?

That was my first thought, then I looked at the reseller page, there’s loads! Some people must like buying a pre configured system.

just contact the resolume support via mail@resolume.com they will help you - I already had a similar situation....If there is nothing spooky with your registered license it shouldn't be a problem.
