Can't open the program

Ok so i did the update etc go to open the program and it says this " "Windows Can not access the specified Device, path or file" and will not even open at all! So I uninstalled it completley and downloaded the new version from ur site and the one before the update and both say this when i try and install.. "An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory, can not create a file when that file already exists" MOVE File failed; code 183??? What is up with this? I have a large online stream fest i am running the tomorrow and need to find out how to fix this asap "please help"

Could be a virus scanner catching the files, or maybe your user not having the required admin privileges.
Try an installer directly from our download page, and make sure you are logged in with an admin account, or disable the virus scanner.
