Audio issues in Alley

Hi,

I'm trying to convert an mp4 recorded in OBS using alley but the audio is deteriorating when I play back within alley and in the output file. There are lots of crackles, pops, etc.

The file is a 1920 x 1080 50 FPS with 188kbps stereo audio at 44.100kHz in AAC

I'm running windows 10 Pro, Alley V2.2.1 Rev 10346

Any help greatly appreciated!

Does it play for you in other programs, like VLC, or Windows Moves and TV?
