Alley - DXV to Prores = Hue shift

I've noticed a shift to green when converted a dxv clip to prores using Alley, and then previewing with it.

DXV source

ProRes 422 converted

Mjpeg converted

Not happening when clip is converted to Mjpeg.
Same shift with DXV clip imported to AE and rendered to ProRes.

Thoughts¿?

Can you share the original file, so we can check it out?
Thanks!

Sure, I will make some samples.
But I aware you that happens with any source. If you take any file, convert it to dxv and from that dxv to prores, a green cast or hue shift happens. It's noticeable comparing booth files on alley or arena.

I noticed converting from dxv to prores, buy maybe is a general thing about prores import.

Try prores 4444, that's the closest I get in colors.
Also it's best to convert from the original file. Compressing a compressed file will always result in additional data loss.

Tried Apple Compressor too, the color shift converting the Jpeg file to prores is about the same as in Alley

With 422 I think the playback in Alley is shifting the colors a bit, we'll take a look why that happens.

Thanks Zoltan. :D
Oh, forget about quality, was just a 3click way to show it.
I have some original clips on dxv, that day I wanted to store a prores422 copy for archival consistency. Then noticed the shift. But was a particular case, I render my clips on both and store it separately.
I didn't make any further test, but can infer from your words Arena will shift hue on any prores file. Is that right?

With 422 prores files, indeed there seems to be a color shift for some reason.
4444 should play fine.
