I am attempting to sync the BPM from my Logic Pro mix on my Macbook Pro to Resolume on my PC so I can sync the visuals. Is this possible?

Resolume can sync BPM to Ableton Link, Midi clock signals.
You can also create midi shortcuts directly on the tempo controls: https://resolume.com/support/en/midi-shortcuts which would allow setting a specific tempo with a note or CC
