Resolume and Ableton live

Resolume and Ableton live
Closer intergration ... almost like Resolume working like a visual plugin in Ableton and visa versa . I know things can be done through midi out signals... but just wondering if this type of aproach is better? Would be a killer combo!

how do you know about the plugin in a new live version?
i don't think any "normal" ableton video plugin can do better things than well made midi-out sync. a resolume "plugin" for ableton and back like lucidhouse meant would be a really exciting thing i guess; maybe not for better functionality, but for greater comfort (and then more things possible in time)............but i think there are already a lot of different ways to work with the live midi-out signal in resolume, and in addition you can use for example wireless keyboards to connect to both ableton and resolume to trigger clips with sound, etc....... a lot to do here.
