If I drag default transform effect from layer to clip (or from clip to layer), I get non-removable copy of this effect.

Hmm, yes indeed. The default transform is not meant to moved to other targets.
We'll see if we can prevent that.

Should not cause any issues though, you can either move it back or set it to default to have no effect.

Sometimes effect duplicates, sometimes just moves. Not sure why.
