Hello! So a VERY early version of Resolume had an auto-level effect I could apply to the composition to enhance the contrast and exposure of all of the clips I ran through the output. It seemed similar to the auto-level photoshop filter. I was wondering if there was a way to recreate that effect in Wire or an existing plugin.
I'm building a Composition with a ton of visuals that auto-pilot and randomize overlay-effects. It would be really cool if I could define ideal highlights and shadows based on the content I am feeding it without touching anything.
Any ideas?
Thanks you!!
Auto-level effect on output?
Re: Auto-level effect on output?
Currently it's not possible to read back a texture to the CPU in Wire, as a float4 for example, to analyze.
You might be able to do this via anISF shader though.
