While I will agree with what you have put in here. Sometimes there is just no explanation for it.Arvol wrote: Wed Dec 11, 2024 17:02 What is broken? What have you tried to do to fix it?
I'd start by renaming your Resolume Documents folder to something like "Resolume Arena.save" or "Resolume Arena.old" then re-openeing the program.
These builds go through weeks or rigorous tests by many industry leaders so if the build gets the bill of approval, it's because LOTS of people have been using it live in their shows for weeks without ANY issues. So it may be something in your machine's local environment causing whatever is going on? Trying to locate what it is takes time unfortunately. AND, if it's some random weird bug that only you are having issues with, it could be something that affects others, so getting that bug squashed is always the goal.
I'd start by renaming your Resolume Documents folder then restarting the program to see if it performs any better. If it does, slowly start migrating things from your old folder over to the new folder until you find out what is causing the issue. This process fixes about 70% of the issues, Driver and OS updates usually fix the rest.
When 50+ people test it on 100+ different machines for weeks, the majority of issues that 'could' happen usually do.EBMCreative wrote: Thu Dec 12, 2024 03:34While I will agree with what you have put in here. I have been working with the resolume team for many days now about the issues I have with 7.22.? It's hard to think that it is only on my computer that is having the issues when everything was good on the previous 7.21.3 version and somehow it is my computer causing the issues with a new version.
Not saying it can't happen. But from my experience with new software versions from other companies, it's not my computer with the issue.
