Scrolling behavior of the Sliders

When I'm scrolling up and down the Set sometimes my mousepointer is at the Groups and Layers section so I accidentally control the layer/group visibility/speed/transition sliders. It would be nice to have the option that you need to press a specific button (i.e. Command on Mac) while scrolling in order to change them. Additionally with this method it would be nice to control the sliders in Property Panel too.
