RAID 0

one of my laptop's is a Toshiba Qosmio
and i have 2 harddisk's 60gig that can work on RAID 0 by hardware
the performance gain worth the "risk" ?

i use a toshiba qosmio g30 and for me i just leave the hard drives as is. when i used raid0 i found that my clips lagged somewhat when loading. more so than when i leave the drives as is and found it to be more stable.

G30 "is like" G20 but with more memory (that i have in mine) so i will let as it is
