Screenquality

Hi, i have a video(s) that plays very nice on media player.
Although in Resolume (also in Sony Vegas but less), i have stripes when something moves, as you can see in this movie (look at the hand)

No matter what i change in video or preferences, seems to solve it. What is this and how to solve it?
