I bought Resolume Avenue aronud July 2008. Waiting for its release by end september. Ok, Oct 2nd, almost the same. But.... Beta release, with much less features than previos version! and really unstable. imposeible to work with!
So... I waited for the 2nd realease. another beta!!! much better than the first one, buet again impossible to work with. (at least for me)

March has already began with not even news of a new beta or a Final release.

I won`t ask for a refund, I know I can`t. But something in return wouldn`t hurt!!!

maybe credit to buy footage, or whatever you can think of!!

Something that make me feel less a fool and more a "returning customer".

Hi IncuF, why don,t you send us an email or give us a call when you are this unhappy? You know we are not a big corporation hiding behind "support" teams. If you have an issue then just contact us and we'll work things out.

Bart.... a gentelman, I woke up with the left foot, made this post, and far from avoid my request, he gave me a straight answer. An a real solution to my problem, and he even wanted to give me more.

Just good things to say about him, and Resolume guys.

Hey Bart and Edwin,

I e-mailed you guys earlier this week (mail@resolume.com) about expected release of a more stable beta. Did you guys get that? Sorry to pester, but I'm anxious for a response.
