refined video scratching???

I see this quote "refined video scratching" in the emails I get about 3.0 from Resolume.
I am a fairly happy registered 3.0 user but I don't see anything in the program that has led me to believe it truly supports video scratching. Video scratching by way of mapping midi controllers to transport controls is not "refined video scratching." Resolume needs to translate timecode directly in the software like PCDJ VJ does. Timecode control is an essential part of the future of the VJ industry and until Resolume supports it, Resolume is not a complete VJ product... so advertising 3.0 has "refined video scratching" is misleading IMHO.
