I had to have my laptop formatted after a bad virus, so im working with a fresh install of everything, trying to recover my resolume setup. Everything worked brilliantly on this machine before it went in the shop..
I use 320 x 240 avi clips and the Morgan M-JPEG v3 codec - this is my usual setup that i've used for years reliably with no problems.
On my fresh install, playback of clips in Resolume 2.4 is stuttering and jerky - the playhead jerks back and forth almost in a kind of stop-motion effect. This happened even before I remembered to install the Codec (why it played before i installed the codec i dont even know) Also windows media player won't play my M-JPEG clips at all. Ive disabled virus software and other processes.
Any ideas - only a week til glastonbury i have to get this sorted!
