Helo resolumers

In my new laptop I have a ATI radeon 9600 graphic card, and I have a little big problem. :-(
When I active the dual monitor, I have some horizontal black bars flickering and interference in the bottom of my output image on tv monitor. This is stranger because when I use live camera this flickering don’t happen.
I tried everything and can’t solution this problem.
Anyone can help me? Can tell me others solutions, Please!

On my Laptop...
i had a gericom masterpiece and the radeon mob 9000. I made bad experience with the standard drivers, so i checked out others.
ATI let their driver sources open!!!
Thats why there are a lot of driver possibilities (for ex. http://www.omegacorner.com )
After the installation it was possible to set the card to 640x480x32 on the TV-Out (before 800x600 was the min).
After this changing the working with resolume appears more "liquid".
Also try out changes in the Graphic Settings like max performance low qual. describing them all would be to much...
