The Blackmagic cards can not be used as a video out. Resolume requires the videocard to render all the video the Blackmagic cards can not replace a videocard. It is technically possible to read the pixels back from the videocard and push them out through the Blackmagic output but it's very slow ;-( Especially at HD resolutions.

If your budget allows then you could get a videocard from PNY that has SDI out, but it's expensive, think 4 to 5000 USD ;-)

why don't use one of mini converters from BlackMagicDesign?

hdmi to sdi

for about 500$

it is external, so you can use it with laptop,
however, I am not sure about picture delay if your beamer will be "far away" :)
