BUG? Has Flash 10.1 broken "Autonomous"?

Post by craftycurate »

When playing any Flash anim, switching to "Autonomous" causes the Flash anim to freeze. Selecting any other transport mode resumes playback.

All my anims have their keyframes in the root timeline, and worked perfectly the last time I tested, which admittedly is some time ago, on a previous Flash release.

Current Flash version WIN 10,1,53,64

XP Pro SP3.

Thanks
Richard

Could you send us one of those Flash files? (support[at]resolume[dot]com)

There is a bigger problem with Flash inside my R3 install.

* The default SWFs (Tweener.SWF, Resolume3ExampleSpringyAS3.swf) are not playing now either. They appear, but stop playing on Frame 1 of the SWF. Resolume3ExampleSpringyAS3.swf does play correctly inside a different Flash player.

* The AS2 example appears, but it does not receive text via the rtext parameter.

* My own SWFs play OK, but not on Autonomous. The attached one plays back OK on Timeline or BPM Sync but not autonomous.

And now R3.2.0 has just bombed when trying to drag an SWF into a deck slot.

Thanks
Richard

Hi

I reinstalled Resolume and Flash and it seems to have sorted it.

Thanks
