Are there more freeframe plugins to download? Or just only the one in the package from FreeFrame and from Pete?

yes there are some people coding more plugins but they are contemplating if they want to release them for free or as a commerical package ...

it would be interesting to hear what you would be willing to pay for a pack of say 10 high quality plugins? 50 Eur0? 100 Euro? or even more if they are really good?

Hi guys,

i think a similar concept like i-tunes will work best.
1 plug-in for say €5 or €10...
but hey, free would be great also ;)

I'm not willing to pay a lot for plugins... Meanly because of my gigs. It's just at the local disco where I also do the light.
And i'm just trying to make my own vision of videojockey to get my own style etc.

We are currently testing and putting the finishing touches to 'The Syzygy Strip Show', a set of plugins that will be released at AVIt North America (http://www.avit.us) sometime between 10th June and 12th June.

We are releasing this set of p[lugins for free to the community in order to make our contribution to the freeframe project and in recognition of the contribution that others have already made.

Going forward, we will probably continue to release some plugins for free but we're also considering options for paid-for plugins.

It's all very well saying that freeframe plugins should not be commercial, but the simple fact is that coding plugins takes time. If we get some payment for the plugins we write, we can afford to spend more time writing more of them.

I would definitely be interested to hear people's views on paid-for plugins. Would you pay for plugins and, if so, how much would you be willing to pay?

Dan.

No problem Jim - glad you like them :)

I've got a little more testing and tweaking to do (fortunately I've got two 7 hour flights in the next week...) but the plugins will definitely be ready in time for AVIT North America.
