BMP counter/ beat sync not working

I'm having a problem where my beat sync isn't working. The little box with the rotating yellow quadrant isn't moving, and my video clips don't seem to be syncing to the master clock? Any help?

Do you have midi clock enabled for any external midi devices?

i had problems with my built in soundcard...
it stopped working when switching input or something in resolume
resolume needs a soundcard selected to run the bpm counter!
i solved my problem by deleting the preferences.xml in the resolume folder in your "document" folder!

this is grate, I just have the same problem 5 min before my gig this bmp counter stops , I thought I will kill myself.Its good you are here to help guys:)!!!!
