control mac audio input with midi

is there a software (or another way) for control the audio input (mac osx) with midi controller (for ex, a knob of my beringher bcr thet I use in resolume)?

because I must control the audio IN for any quartz composer clip

Yes, If I could control the master would be great!

the audio input comes from another computer by ableton, and I can't operate with the audio level that exit from ableton because the computer is far from me...

Now I use an analogic audio mixer for control the audio level, bass middle and high (for change effects with FFT)
