i wish i could control the audio analyser. it just jitters when i gain-up. no line-in. no wave-in.

could be a more vague than this? please refer to the manual to see how the audio analyzer works

ok dude, here's the deal. If you want to change the input that resolume uses for the audio trigger, simply do to the audio mixer for your sound card and select the input in recording to whichever input you like. sorted.

what about multiple sound cards ?
it seems resolume has a favor for my "soundcard" in my usb cam over my internal sound card. is there a way to choose a device ?

In your control panel multimedia/sound settings, there should be a drop down list of sound cards and stereo input pairs that you can select, make your choice in there and all windows apps will default to that input.
