Hi, as i'm stepping forward for replacing my VJ software to resolume, I have an important question.
is there an effect / solution for tile/"mirror tile" in resolume?
"Tile" effect doesn't solve it and I need something to control in realtime.
(Duplicating layers is not an option)
(in Other software: "mirror effect" / "Video split effect"

well such an effect is not available... but you can try to combine effects, the Tile and the Mirror Effect should do it. If you don't get what you want, maybe download fparameters ffgl plugin for more options! (if you position/scale the layer and want to mirror, you may have to use add mode with 50% on the mirror effect for example)

This is a very basic feature with other software...

I've downloaded the IR MAPIO demo,
I succeeded achieving this with it
But a more easy effect is needed....

try to combine fparameter and mirror effect to get result 3
result 2 you can do with tile alone
result 1 with tile and slide effect

okay, this way you have to combine 2-3 effects for this... but you can also save the preset of the effect so you have to do the adjustment only 1 time!
and the workflow should be at least as fast as in irmapio
