No, I'd change the presets (in the avanced screen setup windows of the output menu) in a show and would do it by Chamsys console.
Is it possible?

Presets in the Advanced Output can not be triggered via midi or keyboard. The Advanced Output is intended to be set up before the show, and then to be left alone.
The need to switch between presets via midi has been expressed before by others, and we're aware of this demand for it. It's not going to be a high priority though.
